c 220 Sport Blue Eff.
Hi and thanks for accepting me into your club.
I've just purchased a Mercedes C220 sport blue eff on a 12 plate and I love it.
I do have a couple of things I would like to do in time of course but if there's anyone who could advise me of the correct paths to take, that would be great.
Firstly, I'm looking at remapping and possible DPF removal, if it's the right thing to do of course!
Secondly, I had a DAB radio in my last car and it was great but I'm surprised these don't have them, so that's one thing I would like to do as soon as.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Welcome to the form.

If you look at the bottom right of this page called Forum Jump which gives direct access to the various sections. Simply go to the relevant one and start a new thread (upper left of the thread list).

As for DAB, it can be retrofitted depending on model of head unit. Have look at Mercedes Retrofit Specialist - Comand.co.uk and https://www.commandonline.co.uk (the latter being the online shop of the former). If it can be done, these guys can do it. Failing that, fitting an aftermarket all in one can also be fitted.

EDIT- there are several threads on DPF removal and remapping. Just a case of patiently using the search function.

Hi and welcome to the forum. It's a great place to exchange opinions and a mine of information!

Welcome.

Before you go ahead with a DAB upgrade you might want to do a search and read two recent threads on here, it seems some people are less than impressed with the DAB reception in their C and E Classes.

Hi and welcome

Remap and dpf removal is definitely well worth it talk to Acid on here from MSL In Birmingham top guys and a top job guaranteed

Aftermarket DAB is actually better than factory fit and doesn't suffer the same reception issues again talk to Alfie in here from command online again top of their game in what they do

Hope you enjoy the new motor

Welcome! Car sounds very nice - any pics?
