New member trying to enroll

Didn'y know where else to put this, but seems the logical place, I also post on the caravan forum and a guy there called Steve is trying to enrol on here. He is trying to enrol as sparky75 but with no luck. He says he has tried emailing but again with no success. Could admin help please.

There is already a member with that tag name. Have him try a different one.
