New Turbo needed

Quick update for those who 'heard' the turbo noise from my CL at the Feb GTG:

There was a strange noise on the left hand turbo under hard acceleration, and AMG have confirmed the turbo will need to be replaced due to a bearing wearing, however the turbo is apparently part of the manifold, so this will also be replaced.

The parts are on back order from Germany, so will be off the road for two weeks.

Hi Maff,Hope all is fixed soon,are you perhaps, changing both turbos??
Might we see an even quicker CL 'meger Benz'.??
Look forward to the next V-Max,we will have to set up the Benz only
