new w205 auto box issues and others

hi all . ive had my c class c200 1.6 diesel auto brand new for 4 months now covered 4800 miles , after around 6 weeks it developed a autobox problem jeaking when slowing down hunting for gears ,ive had this problem with the last two c classes ive had been told a software update ,all have gone back to be done updated ,now with this one after three days it seems to be coming back when it changes from 1 to 2, its goes in 2 then i get a slight pause then the drive comes in so i get a jerk also when charging from 3 to 2,

And it holds the gear say 4th when going down hill foot off no matter what the revs had it up to 4200 rpm still did`nt change up , also yesterday i had the sav nav radio display go for around a min or two screen went grey with coloured lines to the right and left of the screen ,went blank after a min or so then got what sounded like a hard drive starting up ,was fine after , also on the mercedes me app it shows starting battery critical has done since ive picked it up , i have as told by merc to uninstall the app and reinstall made no differance , is this all related has this car got a software fault or electrical

Could be both, but on a 4 month old car I would be asking some serious questions of the dealer re a replacement if not fixed soon.

it goes back on thursday i have a loan car ,i said to keep it until its fixed right :]

The gearbox in my C300h (7G+) was rubbish until the software update. Not brilliant still now but a hell of a lot better.....
Wish it had a DSG box.

On a general note...:

1. Read the codes with STAR, erase, drive the car, check again.

2. Update the TCU and ESM software.

3. Replace ATF and filter.

4. Give up and leave it with the garage for full diagnostics....
