Well heart in the mouth time my W221 S320 is having a new screen fitted,it has taken him a hour to remove the old one, this entailed using a weird contraption of wheels and pulleys and yellow twine to try and free the screen they attach it by suction on the inside of the screen and then sort of wind it to cut through the sealant ,that did not work so using wire and a sawing motion at last the screen is out no damage so far,not sure it is a positive but I noticed with the bonnet up there is a oil mark on the engine cover at the back so I will book it in for a minor service and get the Indy CCC at Colchester to sort that as well, well he took another 40 mins to fit the new screen and trim,I also fitted new wiper blades while they were off the car ,everything seems to be working so job done
