Although I actually joined this forum Oct 2010 as I needed info on buying my new merc, it is only now that I am actively contributing to the group. Perhaps it takes time to settle in like a new engine. Anyway, I ordered a new W212 and was in the factory, but ended up cancelling the order and buying a UK stock new E class with a different engine. Watford dealership were really understanding and helpful here. Now after 8 months, I have another new W212 that is much improved particularly as it has the new 7 g tronic plus auto box. The mileage I am already returning is great, and the added options with this new car are beyond my expectations. Hopefully, now I will be settled and not want/need to buy another car for some time! It's too stressful.
