Not a bad example of a 2.5-16, bar the non-original wheels, pinstriping and a few marks on the bodywork (scab on front wing?).

W201 16 valve owners tend to fall into 2 camps - those who value originality (these owners tend to be older than the second group), and those who think they can better MB's work & improve the car by modding it. You see some silly interiors, too large wheels, Ford 'COSWORTH' badges, awful grilles, air intakes in the wrong place, gagging paint jobs etc. You also see a work of genius v. occasionaly.

I like 'em the way they were built, but each to their own.

Me too, there's better cars out there if you don't value the originality IMHO - why put 'AMG rep' wheels on a clean W201 16v when you could probably buy a C36 AMG for the same sort of cash?
