nice looking 300te-24v

Yeah , it is nice ...

Why are you bidding on it Gina ? bored with the 230k already ? ;)

Looks nice but a shame it only has an AMG front bumper and not the full kit :(

Dunno really, I get bored easily, and ebay is too tempting

I notice it says rust on the wheelarches. This is always from inside out.

It only looks good because of the wheels and front spoiler, otherwise standard 300TE.

A bit more than standard from the inside aswell, its got AC, Electric Seats, Leather and the Sportline Steering Wheel so all in all a good allround spec

It's a long long way from Plymouth..... !

But..

You've been out bid! Not £25 Merc for you this time.

It's got sportline seats too.
Says all paperwork put no specific mention of service history.
If it has service history and MOTs to back up the low mileage and it hasn't had a front end smack then it's a great car.

looking closely at the picture i reckon its had a front end smack as the gap between the front grill and bumper does not seem straight, if you look closely you will see what i mean.

Well spotted that i have just noticed that also, might be worth getting the car HPI checked if anyone interested in the car

The bumpers not on right on the n/s, it's causing it to twist and it's had a n's headlamp.

Not a good description either - no mention that it's 5-speed with cruise control. Also "some history"....

I suppose even if it has had a slight front end ding and the mileage is a little optimistic, it could still be a good car if you want a 220bhp estate for a couple of hundred quid. The tyres must be worth a bit. It's the sort of e-bay car you need to see in person before you decide.

I love to pick holes as much as the next man ....

But we need to accept that not every older car is going to have a full service history , and pretty much every car over 10 years old is gonna have had a bit of paint and a panel or two ....

If it can be bought cheap enough , you takes yer chance .....

My car doesn't have a full service history , it has had some paint , it doesn't make it a bad car .....

Gotta say , i prefer the first one , got a bit of character ..... second one might be pristine , but looks boring ....

provided the price is right it could still be a bargain buy, if anyone is near middlesborough perhaps they can check it out for us.
