Large engined cars like this are not as popular as the smaller engined models or indeed the diesels.
I by far prefer the nice V8 of my S500, but realistically many people object to the higher running costs of these cars. The good news is that if you don't mind that, you can find very high spec models for relatively little money.
Also, this one has 120,000 miles on the clock, is the slightly less popular S430 and is a very early 1999 model - all of which impact on the price.
