Nice Sl60 Amg on fleebay

Given to the mileage, the price is about right.4 owners though :wallbash:

The best SL60 AMG I have seen is the corrent one on floor two @ MB World

Light Blue great looking car - like new - have a look when you are next down

You mean the ones with painted brake calipers and AMG stickers on them?

yes

Lovely SL60!

I'd love to own one...facelift in black with full black leather and dark wood trim!

They will be giving them away if petrol keeps going up at the rate it is!!!

Lovely looking car. I would have thought that for a car that is 14 years old that 4 owners would be about right.

As for the running costs it depends on it's intended use. If you can afford to have it garaged in the week and play with it on summer evenings and at the weekend then it doesn't matter.

Lots of convertibles have lots of owners, doesn't make them a no go, it's just the nature of the type of car. Many people fancy the idea of owning a rag top and then when they get one the reality kicks in.:)

This car is way overpriced IMHO, probably 15-16K tops I reckon.

I think I would want heated seats for my £26k! I use mine all the time.

I agree the light blue SL60 @ MB world is stunning the finish of the

paintwork and trim is better than the new cars on display, easily the best

SL60 in the country, even with silver brake calipers ;)

I think good low mileage SL60`s which there are very few will comand

strong money and this black one will find a new home at this price.

Time will tell. It will be interesting to view the bids after the auction has ended, that will be the barometer of what it is really worth in these dire financial times.

Nice 500 SEC he has for sale, also a bit pricey with 163K on the clock.

"Air Conditioning, Climate Control, Cruise Control, Electric heated seats, Leather Seats, Power-assisted Steering (PAS), Power Windows, Sunroof, Tilt Steering Wheel" ;)

"with only 35 face lifted cars out of 50 in total being right hand drive"

Seems strange. Surely the vast majority of any model is normally lhd?

Madness. I would take a decent 1999 onwards SL500 for £10,000 and keep the £16,000 or just buy a late SL600 Biturbo.

Don't get me wrong - I love the R129 and which is probably my favourite car and has been since a kid - but I have to say that I was underwhelmed by the SL60's that I have looked at, hence never going ahead and buying one. I really expected some firebreathing rocketship but it was just 'quick'. Maybe I should not arrive to testdrive them in a V12!

I much preferred my 1999 SL500 to any of the SL60's that I looked at (and there have been a few) and the only car that has blown me away in terms of "WOW!" was an S600 Biturbo which is amazing. Gaz's CL65 must be on another plane of existence.

Like EDZ649, I will be curious to see the bidding history.

Its a rare car, and a stunning example. To the right person it might be worth the sort of money. The low mileage silver arrow recently got to £24,100 on ebay. It is over priced, but you never know.

If it sells at close to that price, it will probably be taken abroad.

I agree it's a lovely car, but £26k is big money.

It's a classified ad. rather than an auction, though.

Wth best offer so you will be able to see the offer history at the end.
