No Distribution to floor

H guys - new kid on the block getting hot feet - W202 C43 AMG with automatic (semi) air conditioning temperature control gives no distribution to feet when asked, continues from face vents only - any ideas appreciated - thanks Also, how do you safely remove the OEM door locking pins without damaging the central locking actuator or removing the door panel ?

Welcome to the forum! Not sure about the heating problem but I think the door locking pins just unscrew from the rod.
