No music in bluetooth

Hello admins move my post if its in the weong place
I have a 2009 w211 that has bluetooth telephone but doesnt have bluetooth music how can i fix that and also i dont have the thing that opens the middle part under the radio is there any chance to stream music by not switching the oem radio unit?
