Today I had a SmarTrack tracker fitted by a local company called Autocom installations.
They fitted me in at pretty short notice, their customer service and the customer service of SmarTrack has been nothing but fantastic.
The recent car I purchased had a tracker from Tracker Network already fitted by Mercedes.
Turns out its not been reporting correctly for nearly two months - have they informed anyone - absolutely not. Trying to get sense out of them is hard work, they said they were going to send the local engineer out two weeks ago, still waiting.
The guy today said he used to deal with them about 10 years ago, and stopped for the reasons I told him about. He also said to not let them near the car, which I'm definitely not.
So for all you local N.Ireland guys, Autocom get my praise and recommendation
