its more of a time warp than the sl55 amg in this section (not comparing the cars just the use of time warp title)
i think it pretty good as 124's go. clearly well looked after, very straight paint, ok a few bubbles here and there and a crack in the bumper, hardly big issues on a 20 year old motor
I'm with BlackC55 on this. "Timewarp" to me implies a condition commensurate with say a 5 year old car. And this is not in "Timewarp" condition. To be fair, the advert is "honest" picture wise but too much "banter" and not enough detail on servicing carried out. The delaminated screen is perhaps a sign of water ingress and rust in that area? Windows don't delaminate by themselves AFAIK. I can see plenty of work that would need doing to get it to "minter" status. First off, the windscreen trim should be removed in the delaminated screen area to see what is behind it.
The interior looks very good for the age but for me to be described as time warp condition it should not have the corrosion, scuffs and cracks. Still a nice car though.
Its not bad
But its not time warp far from it
Its easy to show a distant picture with a bit of polish on the bonnet

Very average in my opinion. Lots of scuffs and marks. Wheels in poor condition. Delamination on a 124 is nearly always a sign of underlying corrosion in the a-pillars.
If he goes on in real life like he does in his advert, I pity the poor sod who has to go and pick it up from him. You'd probably need to allocate a whole weekend just to go and collect it! He's got more rabbit than Watership Down
