Quick google and Brabus do a cam for another 30 brake or a 5.8 big bore or a 6.1 big bore 425bhp

i doubt it , someone going to the bother of getting those wheels is going to spend the extra 100 notes and buy proper centre caps for them too

Brabus did tune all the W210 series, but to an extent where your wallet could reach!
But I think to be called a Brabus car, it would have to have a Brabus kit - that one, if not the standard, looks similar to AMG? Those wheels don't look right either - replicas maybe?

Also Brabus never did such a hideous grill!

possible with the wind behind you, going downhill and super skinny tyres and all the interior stripped out, seriously its possible on the flat at about 60, something tells me that car has only done it once with this owner though
