Oil draining over night from fuel filter housing.

Hope someone can help please.
The oil drains from my 2013 w204 c220 over night. The engine is noisy for a few seconds while the housing fills up. Once it's full it's okay all day.

I'd think it's your timing chain that's on the way out tbh . The tensioner is hydraulic afaik.
