oilfilter location.

Could some one please tell me where the oil filter is on the w211 3.0l v6 engine.
Is there some sort of Haynes manual for this model?
I have checked and found that this car does not have the dpf.
Which oil would you guys recommend and wheres the best place to get this.

As you look at the engine cover at the front right hand side there is a circle, it's located there under the cover.
