On Off On Off

I have a 2007 E320 Cdi S211. Mileage is approx 127 thousand. It has a gremlin somewhere that is causing the blower to be intermittent when I turn the screen demister on. This is the same for the aircon. In turn the seat heater lights flash on and off when turned on and my dash cam that is plugged into the rear cigarette socket also goes off. I noticed that the other day while stationary the dash lights brightened up when I gave it a few revs. At the same time the analogue clock just started spinning around and didn't stop, even when I took the key out. I'm at a loss. Any help/guidance would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.

I would be checking that you aren’t overcharging.
More than 14.3-14.5v at charging speed at the battery might indicate a problem.
Less than about 14v is undercharging.
