open circuit suction fan (S320 CDi w220)

Hello all,

The radiator fan has stopped working, although spins a little bit when the car is started, diagnostic revealed open circuit on radiator suction fan, any ideas what could be wrong?

hi did you have it diagnosed with star?, it should tell you the problem in more detail, but it sound like it could be a relay or the control unit playing up.
