Options from data card what are they?

Does anyone know what option 172, 065, 412 and 586 are and what are additional blinker lamps? side repeaters?

as far as I can see 412 is sunroof, aircon 586, any other ideas? I can see a few lists around the net but most of my option codes aren't there.

I would also be interested to know if anyone can tell me how I find out what country my car originated from- as it is and import but first registered here- could it perhaps have been ordered for here from someone who picked it up in germany?

ok i've worked out 172- anthracite grey exterior and 065 is the interior.

Can anyone with access to epc send me a copy of the data card as it seems the one in the russian site is inaccurate according to a lot of members?

Hi,
The genuine MB is,nt 100% accurate and it conflicts with the EPC. According to my data card it has a heated washer bottle but it is not there, and the EPC says my car has,nt got Orthopedic seats but the data card says it does.
Friend of mine has a ML 163 270 CDI, and according to the data card it has a blue soft top or words to that effect.

Thanks seems my paint code is showing as pre heater!

Any database is only as good as the data entered. Seems somebody left off the 'U' from the 172 when entering the code. 172U is anthracite grey paint, 172 is pre-heater. Add an 'E' and you've got a "Test vehicle"!!
