Outside door trim

With all this talk about corrosion,I want to put some waxoil behind the trim on the outside doors.How do they come off ?

I was waxoyling the inside floor of the rear doors on my 96 c220 last week (whilst I was plastic lining so the speakers did not get wet) and I noticed how the side strips were held on. I assume you mean the door strips half way up the doors ?
Anyway, at the rear end of the strip there is a crosshead screw on the 'inside' of the door that secures it, remove that and the strip should pull along the door to the rear slightly, say 1cm, and then pull straight outwards.

Hope that helps though I'm not sure it even needs waxoyling really.
