How hard was the install, was the temp. probe already fitted?

Unfortunately I didn't get the pleasure of doing the install myself Was done by Steve the Mechanic at the same time as the other mods. eBay seller only had the one. It was all brand new and boxed up with cables, sensor, etc. Couldn't believe it when it finished at £6.50!
