A split boost pipe or intercooler etc. Id do a smoke test on the intake system first.

Why? You don't have any MAF codes.

Just because you have fault codes it doesn't mean you have an issue either with that component.

Before buying anything get it diagnosed properly. It WILL save you ££ in the long run. I'd use a good independent MB garage.

Make sure you get a genuine part. After market MAF's don't work at all on this engine. Also the air filter play a part in how they work and its good to replace this at the same time. The adaptation data will need to be erased after its fitted too.
