Paint Shop Pro photo editor: huge price cut, June 24-25 only

Had an email from Corel - the latest version of their photo editor (Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 Ultimate) is reduced from £77 to £34.99 for today and tomorrow only.

I've got an older version and was thinking of upgrading at some point ... but this special offer for the full product (boxed or download) is cheaper than the upgrade price of £47.50!

Yeah, Nero or Roxio had a 20% off a couple of days ago, Amazon was still cheaper and if you went for the (same priced) boxed version, Amazon also trumped with free postage.

"Full" Photoshop is huge, complex, and very expensive. There are cut-down versions ("Elements" for one?) that are easier to use, and I suspect PSP sits somewhere inbetween.

I believe you can still download PSP and use it for a month for free - "try before you buy".

I've used it for a good few years now and am very happy with it.
