Part of console not working

As the title says really, the bottom centre of the front console on my mercedes e270 has suddenly stopped working. It is the esp, back headrests, hazards, and door lock on and i have no idea why.

can anyone shed any light for me please .

Hi,

Welcome to the forum

Have you checked all the fuses? I believe there is a fuse box on the o/s side of the dashboard, near the door.

I would check you manual for other fuse boxes that the car may have.

Does the lower console lift up when you press a button? Also, can you still put a cd into the cd drive?

Once, you have checked all your fuses and if there is no problem and you can not see any damaged wires near the lower console control. Then the vehicle would need to go on STAR.

Unless, another forum has had the same issue and can tell you?

Have you tried calling your local indy if you have one? He maybe able to provide you with some advice over the phone?
