Assuming its a facelift one (indicators in mirrors) and Europe one, it is.
However, it is wired for the fixed Nokia 6310i system and not UHI. MY2004 is when it switched to UHI.
Coaxes from roof antenna to under right hand seat, and from there to behind COMAND.
Power and MIC wiring to under seat
10way RJ48-like connector from under seat to behind radio.
You therefore need MIC, antenna, under-seat-bracket, under-seat-wiring loom, control unit, phone console, phone bracket & fibre optics.
If you want to fit UHI , then it is considerably easier & cheaper to ignore whats there and buy the comand online D2B retrofit kit and put the connector in the main glovebox and use a Viseeo MB-2 bluetooth adapter. Control unit would then be under the glovebox (theres a nice support it will sit on).
