Price of w203's....!

Seems this model is also getting cheaper, was provisionally looking at w202's, but seeing the price of the 203 I'm rather taken by the younger model, this was the cheapest one I could find, many are around £4k nowadays, only neg for me on this is lack of leather interior.

Most early 203's are poor cars.

Most of the work I do here is to early 203's.

try to get after september 2004. these are the better built ones.
many old ones were built in south africa and may not be of the same quality as the german ones

I'm not so sure it is a scam, on autotrader, there are many w203's starting from £3800/£4000.

they start at that sort of price, but this has 40K on the clock... there has to be something wrong with the car/history otherwise its a scam..

ETA: just noticed in this ad and another seemingly cheap one that there is a blurryish "photo" of contact details, is this not slightly concerning, ie not giving autotrader their real details? Makes me wonder...

This is a definately a SCAM because the complete - Add lots of nasty words - of a scammer has used the same picture of his contact details on other adverts!

At least on Pistonheads you can report these scam adverts but on Autotrader there is no way of reporting them.
