Problem with clock and BST.

Hello

The clock in my W204 (?) 2011 pre facelift C63 is acting up and I'm looking for advice. It works, but it doesn't recognise BST so is an hour out. I've asked about this when the car was serviced by MB but they can't explain it. They say that it either works or it doesn't, but this is somewhere in the middle! The radio receives signals OK and the sat nav works fine, but the clock does not appear to be receiving a signal to change to BST!

Does anyone have any ideas?

Take off the earth at 11.59 re connect it at 12 .

ISTR that on older versions of COMAND there's an option for DST auto / manual in the settings. That would be the first place I'd look.
