Problems with 500sec (c140)

I need to replace the parking brake cable on my 1993 500 coupe as it has snapped, could any one advise me on how this is done. Also the interior heater fan has packed in. It is on the very lowest setting, I have checked the fuses. Thanxs.

If it's. The front cable then it's a nightmare,seat and carpet out job.
As for the heater the panel above cloggs with leaves etc and the motor will drag in water
Usually the brushes are gone and the blower regulator
Not cheap though and breakers usually don't have them.clean out heater box drains
