Pulsating humming noise

Hi everyone. Recently picked up my car from dealership. On the long drive home on smooth roads at speed there’s a pulsating humming coming from underneath the car “footwell” area. Took it to dealership for inspection they said all wheel bearings are fine tyres are tight suspension is good and the noise that they can hear when they took it out is tyre noise. When I bought the car they put new devanti tyres on all 4 have 7mm on them so there not worn or uneven. Scratching my head really as didn’t think budget/low scale branded tyres would make a noise like that? Any others experienced this? Thankyou

99% it is the tyres. Had it myself with cheap tyres made in you know where; not just noise but vibration. This is the problem buying a car from a dealer who says he will put new tyres on. But which tyres. Well the absolute cheapest ones he can find; obviously. The bigger the tyre the bigger the problem. Lesson learned for next time. Get the price of the tyres taken off the price of the car and then you can choose which new ones to put on. Too late this time unless you want to take it back.
