r129 diff into w123

Hello,
Did anyone try fitting an r129 diff into a w123? Is it the diff carrier 185mm size or 210? looking at a cheap rear assembly of an r129 nearby and wondering if i can use.

Never tried fitting it. Early w126 and 107 diffs interchange but the r129 has a fully independent multi link rear so its doubtful that it will mount

Sorry to say I've not attempted this but would like to go with the 2.47 on my W123 after adding power and a 5 speed manual.
