Great find! The first one I'd say was fake, the second one is real and there are better photos here. Unfortunately he won't ship internationally

All R129 SL55s outside of Germany were imported as they were only made for the German market. The Japanese did get their own Designo variety I believe.

There is a guy that has converted his early nineties 500SL to look like a Silver Arrow - it must have cost more than an original car with the extent he's gone to!
