R230 convenience features

Not having used my new to me SL for over 2 weeks I wasnt amazed that it wouldnt remotely unlock and opened it with the key. Started first time with the expected convenience features message.
Now I could get into the boot I wired in my new CTEK charger for using later.
Car on tickover the convenience message went away and no malfunctions showing.
All seemed ok but for some reason the rear o/s window had lowered and I had to drop and raise the roof to get it back up.
Then for reasons that escape me I raised the roll over bar. It now wont go back down. The motors whirr but it stays put.
One of those things that will mysteriously sort itself shortly or should I do something ?

keep holding the button UP, you will hear a click, then take the roll bar up and down 3 times to set it up.

When you wired the CTEK in you must have disconnected the battery so now you need to teach in the steering and windows.

Take the windows up and down 3 times all the way. Steering lock to lock 3 times with car running.
