Radio mute using sat nav?

as above guys is the radio supposed to mute when sat nav is talking ?

On my previous W204 and my currrrent W205 it was that way by default until I turned it off.
I found it very annoying especially when I was really listening to something. Now I just mute
the sat nav sound and use the arrows.

The radio (or music) volume temporarily goes down a notch during a navigation message announcement, then goes back to how it was before.

So you hear both the navigation announcement and the radio/music in the background.

It's a configurable option on the navigation menu.

Quickest way to overcome this is when the Satnav speaks, increase the volume. This will then set the volume level of the sat nav over the stereo

Mine does, but it did take a while adjusting the Sat Nav Volume to get it right!
