Hi,
When I open up the vehicle settings within in mercedes.me the Doors and Windows section shows three items namely Rain-closing feature which it reports as "Monitoring Inactive" then Parking Brake which says "Park position" and finally "Parking time" which is correct. I spoke with Mercedes.me yesterday after being told by my dealer that they could not activate this Rain-closing feature. I was told by Mm that it was because the "Maintenance Management" item in Services section was not on. I switched that to on at 20:00 last night but but R-c feature still showing as Inactive. I have been to the car, unlocked it and my iPhone reckons it was updated 2 hours 4 minutes ago.
Any one know how I can address this please?
