The estate has different (more substantial) rear bearing set-up to other models in the 124 range.
It is an absolute pig of a job without the factory tool and so you will need to take the whole wheel carrier off and take the whole unit to machine shop to remove and replace bearing.
Even then, the backplate will likely be destroyed and will need replacing (expensive new from dealer).
