Rear suspension / springs ?

On my C63 I think I have a problem with my drivers side rear suspension. When going around left hand corners at reasonable pace it feels like the rear right is 'sinking' although nothing is rubbing onto the tyre etc. Going around right handers everything feels very good and a lot 'firmer' from the left rear.

Has anyone else had any issues with dampers or springs on the rear end?

My M3 used to snap rear spring all the time,worth a check.sometimes its hard to see though.(I now its not an M3, but worth a check)

Mercedes have noticed the my NSR shock is leaking slightly while the car has been in for numerous warranty claims. this is being replaced under warranty, but cant say if I noticed any difference when driving. but maybe something to have a look at.

If you don't mind me asking, what warranty items have you had? i only have 11 months warranty left and i could do with a list of things to watch out for!

since I bought the car I've had no end of problems really.

first was sold the car with 2 cracked/welded rear alloys sorted by dealer.

drivers seat moves when driving, up and down on brackets this has being going on since the day I bought the car may 2014 and still isn't fixed passenger seat is also moving now.
they have said its a common fault and there is an upgraded seat base.

headlights are filling with condensation, ive been told there is an upgraded gasket/seal kit for the headlight units which is getting fitted on Monday.

rear shock is also now being replaced under warranty.

rear bumper was loose and rattling new brackets fitted under warranty.

the engine is leaking oil down the side slightly, they have said that it may need new gaskets, which should be covered under warranty.

there's a fair few problems which I've had with mine 2012 c63 to put it into perspective in 10 months of ownership I've done as many miles in courtesy cars (when they had one for me) as I have in my own. so its pretty p**s poor for a Mercedes.

when it goes in on Monday I will be asking for any more warranty issues or common faults to be brought to my attention as I will be getting them sorted as well.

but when I can eventually drive it its a fantastic car lol.
