Remapping / Tuning

Hi All,

Would be grateful for any advice on remapping/tuning a 2014 C250CDI estate. Would like more power and improved mpg if possible, so many companies to choose from. What gains are sensible without risking damaging the car, any recommendations / advice would be really appreciated.
