The unit you posted is of a type that replaces only the display, but not the actual NTG4.5 unit.
The new Android 10.25" has a built-in Android head unit incorporated into the back of the display.
So in essence you have two head units, sharing one display. I.e., you can always click a button and switch back to the NTG4.5 unit, with the new unit's display in 'pass through' mode allowing you to use the old NTG4.5 unit with the new Android unit's display.

Hey did you get around to installing a unit? If so, which one did you go for and who from? I've used a company in the UK the source and install but I'm really not happy with the product so am looking to change it in my cls

Just fitted an RoadTop Linux screen (so not an Android one, but one that uses Android Auto from my phone or the NTG system passing through), got it for US$180 delivered in the UK and took me about 2 hours to fit, great quality so far and really pleased.
