replacing electric areal

I came across a link showing how to replace the electric ariel mast on my 91 sl but can't find it now could any one help.

Its fairly simple enough to do and should be the same method that Pluggers used on his W202 except the Hirschman mast for the SL is a shorter one and I think has 4 on the tip apposed to 11 for the W202
