Reversing sensors

Hi can anyone help, after a recent visit to longleat safari park the monkeys decided their need for reversing sensors was greater than mine and pulled them out of the rear bumper on my clk 270 and bit through the wires !
they are after market kit fitted to the car when I bought it,
does anyone know if I could just buy a new kit and just use the sensor heads (perhaps soldering these on to my existing wires)
as the rest of the system as been professionally fitted and I don't fancy disturbing all the existing wiring behind the dashboard

You need to find out the brand of sensor, steelmate, laser, cobra, dolphin are the ones that spring to mind, then perchase a new sensor with loom. Steelmate sensors are £18 each
