Rough idle cure

I recently had a problem with rough idle on my clk 320. All threads said that it could be the air mass sensor or even the oxygen sensors. After much searching and lots of cash later, the problem was found to be the seals under the air mass sensor. One was perished and the other was just bits. Hope this helps

Sorry no pics. The rough running was driving me mad. I nearly spent a fortune on oxygen sensors £234 each from Merc. It was a relief to find an easy fix even though the seals had to come from Germany
