3 days left, at 1k at the mo, how much do we think it is worth, also how much do we think `99 S430 is worth in case I go for it, I assume its difficult to know with fuel, VED and car price buoyancy at the moment, not a fan of the wood colour in this vehicle, but black with black etc, investigated how much new wood would be and its £100 from the breakers........

Was de-badged at the factory, yeah the badges are too high

I think that stopped in the late 90s.

I've never seen a factory MB AMG post 98 without a kit.

no the 430 is great, just prefer the colour of this one and the fuel economy wont be that different, but then I saw a polished Almandine S430 on ebay and they do look good when shiney, what do you think my client/accountant/girlfriend/neighbours will say when I have 2 s classes and an Audi A4 that I still have not got rid of.....

It's the same colour scheme as mine:

And pictures don't do it justice (make the colour look more orange than it is). It's actually a very nice and elegant colour scheme.

However, the S55 looks like it's SWB, surely an s-class ought to be LWB .

Would suggest this is a sleeper Brunei car de-badged and no kit, probably for a professional chauffeur though strange it is not a LWB for that purpose. I wonder why it was imported to the UK so soon after registration?
