I am looking into purchasing one of these beasts, going to see one tomorrow actually.

2007
Grey
Black leather
60k miles

What is it worth?

Can some one point out what I should be looking out for when inspecting the vehicle? Any way to tell if there are issues with the air suspension?

Many thanks

A tank on steroids :)

£25k is pretty reasonable price.
Suspension can be easily rectified with Arnott Struts or recon from MB so not too much of an issue

Buy and enjoy !

If you don't like it after a month I'll swap you mine :)

I thought the suspension issue was a costly and common problem? Is it not a grand a corner to repair ?

Is there no other things I should be looking out for?

Many thanks for your reply.

Is it airmatic? If so, £1500 all round for Arnott or similar price for recon off MB.
Bearing in mind that is IF there are Airmatic issues.

Expensive car to run so if you can afford it, purchase it.
You'll definitely need to put it on MB Star to see what faults or stored faults are there before purchase. where you based?

FYI, the S63 AMG, along with the V12 models has ABC (active body control) Hydraulic suspension. Airmatic is reserved for the standard models.

Where is it located? There is one local to me in East Kent that has been on the market for a long while. Price was just reduced to £25k.

Yep, just checked and Arnott only for 2008 onwards S63

MB is ABC, Arnott is non OEM which is an after installation
