S63 AMG W221 Manufacture dates?

Can any one tell me the dates that the W221 S63 models were made?

And/If they switched to the revised 5.5 bi turbo engine, what year was it from and to.

Saw that earlier.... But it doesn't give info on the 5.5 bi turbo, I'm sure this was released in the s class w221 series though.

The M157 engine started in 2011.

I think i have narrowed it down to:

W221 Manufactured 2006> 2013

2006>2011 > S63 came in the 6.2
2011>2013 > S63 came in the 5.5 bi turbo
