Hello I’m looking to replace the standard CD Radio to a SatNav CD Radio in my 2005 2.8CLK convertible can any tell me the part number for the correct one or suggest an alternative. Thanks

This isn't plug-and-play, at the very least you'll need a conversion kit including all adapters and an internal GPS antenna, all of which are available from www.comandonline.co.uk.

If opting for the original COMAND NTG2.0, you'll need a unit with a P/N starting with A 209 xxx xx xx.

I am not sure if your car can take the newer NTG2.5 though - Comand UK will know.

I have Comand in my CLK, don't bother with original one, it's slow to enter destinations, plenty of button pushing and no full UK post codes. It does not bother me as I hardly ever use it

Don’t go for MB Comand, it’s old, clunky, and would be hellishly expensive to fit.
I assume you have Audio 20 set up, just replace it with either an android unit (like Erisin or Xtrons- on eBay, they do direct fit versions *but check the mounting size of your original- as there are 2 sizes on clk*
or go for a regular double DIN from Alpine/Pioneer/Kenwood.

make sure you order the modules to keep steering controls working.
Read the threads on here about changing to android units etc.
