Secondary battery?

Does my car, a 2017 C250d amgline premium + cabrio, have a secondary battery?
I can't seem to find the answer on the Internet.
I'll be parking it up for a few weeks while I go away, I have a battery optimiser and will connect it up, just not sure as to which battery(if there is two).
All my other previous cars have had two batteries.

You don't connect up to the battery, connect positive and negative to the charging points under the bonnet.
If you have stop/start, you'll have two batteries

It does have start stop, but there's no battery in the boot.

Spare battery could be under carpet in boot, in dashboard, under front seat. They really are tiny, size of a motorbike battery

OK, so I don't need to find the battery, just the charge terminals near the main battery under the bonnet, connect to them and the optimiser will sort them both out.

Your car dosen't have a second battery, it uses a large capacitor which Mercedes call a Voltage Converter. Just connect your conditioner to the live terminal under the red slider & an earth in the engine compartment.
