My car was last serviced the end of June 2009. It is currently indicating an "A" service in 7,000 miles. At my current useage I would anticipate the 7,000 miles being some time in AUgust.

My question is - will the indicator switch to time related in June or will it allow me to run on to August or when ever the 7,000 odd miles are used up?

The service indicator will show service due when the 7000 is up or 2 years after last service whichever comes 1st.

Neither of our cars are limited to 12 months - both the W203 and W163 have continued with the miles-to-next-service at the 12 months point - I think the cut off on our cars is 24 months.
