EXTERIOR
This is approaching 14 year old, it would be no surprise that it has the odd mark and stone chips, consumerate with age.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]That said, this car is in excellent shape.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The folding roof had not been used by the previous owner for many years, choosing to leave the hard top on. As a result, the rear screens were cracked. I had these replaced in August 2010 by a recommended installer from the SL shop (Google them).[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The paint was mottled on the rear, having been stood for 2 years. Both rear wings and cross beam have been re-sprayed in March 2013.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]
INTERIOR.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Again, taking into account age, the interior is in excellent condition.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]All interior instrumentation, switch gear and ventilation operate correctly. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The drivers’ seat swab has been refurbished this year. The leather is nourished every 2 months.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]All the Walnut wood/inlays are very good. I will polish these prior to changing hands to the new owner.[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]ENGINE & TRANSMISSION[/FONT][FONT=&quot]
V6 engine is solid and performs as it should. It is smooth and responsive.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The 5-speed automatic transmission is very smooth and has excellent kick down.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Genuine 18” AMG III alloy wheels are not pristine but are still in very good.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Front alloys are 8.5J dressed in Continental Sport Contact 3 (245/40/18). Both with around 4 mm tread left.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Rear alloys are 9.5J dressed in Pirelli P Zero Rossos (285/35/18). Both with around 3 mm tread left.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Brakes work excellently and are fade free, with plenty of life left in them.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]HISTORY FILE[/FONT][FONT=&quot]

I have some receipts/invoices over its life, including[/FONT][FONT=&quot] several years of old MOTs, and a history sheet dating back to 2005.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]All handbooks/manuals are present in the Mercedes wallet.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Service book is fully stamped. The next service is due in around 5K miles[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The car is polished at least every 2 months.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]I will detail it prior to sale as a course of thoroughness.[/FONT]
