I recently had a rear end bump in my mercedes slc (2017). The passenger side headrest has popped out, and I have tried resetting it following several videos. I can get it pushed into position but the head rest is not latching at the end of the movement. All the latches are still open and it looks like I'm doing everything right. Is there something I'm not quite doing? Any tips?
